Has anyone ever bred Blue Gouramis?

Will they eat baby brine or crushed flake? We have a pair that have fry in our Stingray tank.....

    Blue Gourami Fry

    Mark:

I think BBS is too big, I would try something else like infusoria. Also you could use Liquifry but expect a lot if losses.
    Thanks,

BBS is way too big for gourami fry. I like Johnr's suggestions - and to that I would add this - put in a lot of plants like healthy duckweed, water lettuce or hyacinth - the infusoria on the roots will provide some food for the fry.

Something I learned from Dave Cook regarding the way these fish spawn - it's natural for them to have 1000 to maybe even 3000 fry at first hatch - and most of them will die off. You'll be doing something to end up with 100 or so fish at the one month point.
